		<description>I agree with you totally.  Exercise for strengthening the back is a critical part of a healthy back.  Most back pain injuries are caused by weak muscles in the back which can be avoided.  That was a great article.  I really enjoyed it and I am going to check back often to see what other information you have for everyone.
